I am going to miss this house and the yard

Hip Hip Horray! Well we sold our house. It had been on the market for a month and I was starting to worry...would hubby get to move to Cali while I stayed here? Lucky for us everything so far is so good. The packers come on May 30th, the movers May 31st, the cleaners June 1st and we close on the 2nd. Lets just keep our fingers crossed that everything continues to go well.

Missy sent me her "blog page" and I thought that it looked like fun and was a good way to keep in touch. So here I am trying to navigate myself through the process. The latest news is that Brad and I are moving next month back to SoCal. We have been living in the South for 7 years so it is going to be a big change from what we have gotten used to. I think I am going to have to be reacculturated all over again! We just found out that we were officially moving in March so it is a mad dash to sell the house and get everything done before June 1st. We will officially be "homeless" upon arrival in California, the military won't give you a place to stay until you get there with orders on hand. Lovely right? Lucky for us we have plenty of family that may take pity on us and move us in. Just temporarily of course!
